SP LINK Software
All SP PRO inverters come standard with our proprietary SP LINK software. If you can’t wait to get your own SP LINK then download a free copy here.
Once loaded onto a Windows based computer, SP LINK will enable you to gain access to an enormous amount of information about your SP PRO inverter and your power system. SP LINK allows your installer to customise over 220 settings within the SP PRO for a superbly optimised system configuration.
SP LINK is not available for mobile phones.
We believe SP LINK is simple to use and intuitive, but just in case you need some help, the instruction manual (in Adobe PDF) is only a click away from within SP LINK.

Minimum System requirements:
- Microsoft Windows: XP (SP2 or higher) / Vista (SP1 or higher) / 7.
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile.
- Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher is required for interactive help.
(Note: In a 64 bit environment, Adobe Reader X is required)- One RS-232 serial COM port.
SP PRO Firmware Update
Should you be advised to update the firmware in your SP PRO, you will need both SP LINK Version 5.0 or later and the firmware file suitable for your model.
Important: Upgrade SP LINK before upgrading your firmware.
After a firmware update to 5.00, only SP LINK version 5.0 or higher will connect to the SP PRO.SP PRO firmware Version 5.00

To update the firmware:
- Open SP LINK
- Connect to the SP PRO
- Click on File > Firmware Update and follow the prompts.
- The inverter will need to shutdown and restart to upgrade the firmware.
